A public hearing regarding the following items will be held by the
ATLANTIC BEACH CITY COMMISSION
in Commission Chambers located at 800 Seminole Road on
MONDAY, June 2 7 , 2016 at 6:30PM.
•CASE NUMBER 16-SAFW-97 (City of Atlantic Beach)
Request for a waiver as permitted by Section 24-46(d) to increase the maximum
impervious surface from 70 percent as required by Section 24-111(g)(1) to 75 percent and
to eliminate 4 terminal tree islands as required by Section 24 -177(c)(4) at Saltair Section 1
Lots 784 to 796 and 802 to 809 (aka 535 Atlantic Boulevard).
