Please revise accordingly. Height from Grade: Please show the overall height of the house from pre-construction grade, not finished floor. Side Yard Projections: Roof overhangs and architectural features (i.e. bump-outs) are allowed to project a combined 2 feet into side yard setbacks. The proposed 2 foot bump-outs with 1 foot overhang exceed this allowance by 1 foot. Please revise so that no part of either the bump-out or overhang are more than 2 feet into the side setbacks.
