Hi Jennifer,
Thank you very much for the email and communication.
I, Nicole Joost, along with my husband, Stephen Joost, are the owners of the property located at 332 4th
Atlantic Beach, FL 32233. We are requesting a change or transfer of contractor. Bosco Building Contractors
was the contractor and we are requesting he be removed from the residential permit, RES18-0399 and be
replaced instead with our contractor, XL Properties and Custom Development. This statement is to accompany
the new permit application that was submitted on 6/11/20.
Thank you again for your assistance. I do have one question. Was the permit under Bosco expired, it says on
one of the paperwork in the file that it expires on 7/1/19? Was a new one issued and were fees paid then?

Hi, thanks for the new permit application to change contractors. We also need a request to change
contractors in writing (an email will suffice) from you (the owner) letting us know that you’ll be
changing contractors. Please include your address, the permit number, the old contractor’s name,
and the new contractor’s name. The permit number for the new home is RES18-0399. Once I receive
that email, I can make the contractor change in our permitting system.
