Dear Ms. Johnston -
I was told that the permit for the bedroom and bathroom was denied due to the the proposed addition being located within
the property setback line and too close to the northern property line. I am no longer interested in that renovation and
hereby withdraw the application for the addition permit (RESA20-0006).
I sent the engineering drawings by separate email for the expansion of the living space. Did you receive them?

Hi, I received your permit submittal to expand the living space at 2337 Seminole Road Unit A, but I
noticed we have a permit application in from earlier this year to add a bedroom and bathroom
(RESA20-0006) at your address. Are you withdrawing your permit application for the bedroom and
bathroom addition? If so, please let us know in writing (an email will suffice) that you are withdrawing
your application for the addition permit (RESA20-0006). If I don’t hear back from you in the next
business day, I will route the new submittal as a revision to the first submittal.
