BACKGROUND:
Jacksonville Transportation Authority has proposed to purchase several parcels of
property from the City of Atlantic Beach to facilitate the construction of the Wonderwood Road
improvements. They have submitted offers and appraisals for these parcels (attachments). The
City Attorney will explain the issues and steps required of the City during the Commission
Meeting of January 25, 1999.-~
