This portion of the Risk Management Process/Safety Management Program (P.S.M./R.M.P.) will be completed by the February 15, 1999 deadline. The P.S.M./R.M.P. Team has been meeting two and three times per month since June, 1998. The P.S.M./R.M.P. is made up of the following employees: Karl W. Grunewald Bob Kosoy Donna Kaluzniak Tim Townsend Harry McNally Bill Seazcy Troy Stephens Tom Drygas Safety Coordinator Public Works Director Assistant Public Works Director Atlantic Beach Plant Division Director Buccaneer Waste Water Plant Operator Buccaneer V~'aste Water Plant Operator Buccaneer Water Plant Operator D.E.I. Engineering Firm With the anticipated completion of the P.S.M. portion of the program the team will write the Risk Management Program required by the Environmental Protection Agency. Coordinated and implemented city activities that include: A. Camp out Under the Stars which will beheld Saturday, March 6, 1999. Registration begins Monday, February 8. B. After school Program in Jordan Park which began January 19, 1999 is located at 1741 Francis Ave. and offers homework assistance, tutoring, mentoring and indoor and outdoor games (how to work as a team). The hours are 2:30 to 6:00 PM. This program is similar to the Donner Park program, but is run by Dee Davis. C. After school Art Program at Adele Grage which will begin February 2 and run thru May 27. This program is for ages eight and up. The classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 5:00 PM and the cost is $50. 2. Prepared minutes and agendas for the following Boards and Committees: Beautification, Cultural Arts, First Night, Recreation and Teen Council 3. Attended six (6) after five meetings for a total of thirty (30) hours which included: City Commission, Cultural Arts, First Night, Recreation and Teen Council 4. Attended bid opening for the Tresca Property Wednesday, January 6. 5. Prepared the RFP for the Dutton Island Property, due Feb. 10. 6. Answered questions and etc. for the Bull Park Project, but received no packages. 7. Other activities included daily meetings, reports, telephone calls, park inspections, and etc.
