BACKGROUND:
Tree Conservation Boazd members Richard Bell and Judy Jacobson have each expressed
their desire to continue to serve on the Boazd for a second term. The Board has a two term limit
for its members. Both members have just completed their first terms and aze therefore eligible for
second terms.
