These proposals were reviewed and ranked by Staff (City Manager, David Thompson, Public Works Director, Bob Kosoy, Assistant Public Works Director, Donna Kaluzniak, Parks and Recreation Director, Timmy Johnson, Community Develop/Planning Director, George Worley). The top three proposals, as ranked by Staffare as follow: * Landers-Atkins gg,g * Reynolds, Smith & Hills (R S & H) 83.8 * Wallace, Roberts & Todd (W R & T) 81.4 NOTE: Landers-Atkins team member Environmental Resource Solutions has previous experience with Dutton Island when the Island was proposed as a residential development. RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to negotiate a contract with Landers-Atkins for the Conceptual Planning and Site Design of Dutton lsland and bring the contract to the City Commission for approval. The amenities envisioned include boardwalks, nature trails, docks, bridges, restrooms, picnic area, parking and a canoe launching dock.
