Carol,
Please see attached. This is what we received from you. Nowhere on this Right of Way Application
states what you plan on doing. Your name or any of your information is on this application. This Right

of Way Application goes along with the Building Application that captures all your information, the
contractors information and the description on the work to be done, value, notarized signatures, etc.
You stated in your email dated today that you are stamping your driveway. Are you pouring concrete?
Are you painting the existing concrete? If you are pouring concrete we need a survey showing where the
work in being done. If you are painting the existing concrete than you do not need a permit.
If the work is over $2,500 then a Notice of Commencement will be required. The contractor is not
registered with us and needs to get us all their insurance information. I will be glad to email them the
needed documents.
I am attaching the building application and the Notice of Commencement for your use. I am also
including the “Do I Need A Tree Removal Permit”. Again I am unclear as to the work you are proposing
to do.
