My visible observations are as follows:The 28'°DBI-1 water oak tree [banded red]front center of
vacant lot,has severe root damage and root rot issues,The trunk has hollow core and several cavities
present.The canopy is 50%dead due to root degradation.
Tree should be removed as soon as possible.
