Attached please find the Building Permit Application signed by the
owners, the Campbells, and the contractor, Complete Property Services,
by qualifying agent Michael Krueger, license number CGC1517483.
Regarding your request for the Notice of Commencement, we are waiting
to receive a signed copy back from the owners’ attorney. We will forward
to you upon receipt.
Regarding your request for additional information for Contractors’
Registration, I have reached out to Complete Property Services for a
status. If you have already received that information, please advise.

We have your application for the interior demo. I do need a few items
from you in order to issue a permit. The application still needs to be
signed by the owner and contractor, it does not need to be notarized at
this time. A filed Notice of Commencement also needs to be forwarded to
us.
The contractors registration needs to be updated, see attached. We do
have the CGC059169 up to date. Your address and phone number in our
system are from Oldsmar Florida, please verify because they differ from
the application.
