Toni sent an email to your contractor yesterday with
instructions to pay for the permit. Once we receive the emailed receipt
for payment, we’ll issue the permit and send it to you and your
contractor. Would you rather pay for the permit?
Also, the notice of commencement will need to be recorded with
the Duval County Clerk of Courts and then emailed to us. We don’t
require the recorded NOC until the first inspection, however, so we can
issue the permit and your contractor can begin work.

It is my understanding that the contractor, Complete Property
Services, submitted the contractor’s registration update documents to
your office this past Monday.
To date, we submitted the signed building permit application,
signed notice of commencement, and the contractor’s registration update.
Please confirm that you have received all necessary documents
for issuance of the building permit, or advise what additional
information is needed.
Further, please advise when you anticipate we can expect to
receive the issued permit.
