I was contacted by a homeowner, Marshall Howell, requesting a structural assessment on his condo and I understand that you went out to the property last month. Your letter references
a previous permit #16-RAAR-151 for the renovations done on the unit below. I was wondering if Atlantic Beach had a system or archives that I could pull the plans for that previous permit.
I am trying to see what all alterations have been done to the building thus far, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
