Cloister 66kDan, if you talk to Elizabeth Woodward/Castillo Group and ask them, they
may admit to not being aware of the moving of load bearing walls in 64
and/or not having access to the plans for 64 since they simply let Young
American reuse the header plan for a 3 br unit they did previously. Plus
the one page plan wasn't signed and sealed.
