Cloister Unit 65 - 3Hello,
As you requested, I am notifying you that the City of Atlantic Beach
has issued a building permit for Cloister Unit 65, for the repair of a
wall bottom plate drilled through during a destructive engineering
investigation.
Please note that the permitted repair is only for repair of the plate,
not the correction of any other structural issue in the building framing
between units.
