Cloister condo meeting - 18Good Morning, I've yet to hear from my client. Have you contacted the EOR of the sealed drawings you should have for the remolded units? The only drawings I reviewed were incomplete and not sealed. Please use this email in the future: pdigiacomo@rootcauseconsulting.com Thanks, C. Paul DiGiacomo P.E. 770 Wakemont Dr., OP, FL 32065 904.775.1308; pdigiacomo@rootcauseconsulting.com -----Original Message----- From: Arlington, Daniel [mailto:darlington@coab.us] Sent: Thursday, February 14, 2019 9:47 AM To: Alison <cloister64@aol.com> Cc: alohaengineering@outlook.com; Adam Veale <aveale@stellarproperties.com>; M. We talked about doing this in stages and we can have two inspection meetings, if you like, but I would rather have one with the engineer present. The first stage of this process would be verifying that we had engineered plans and permits and I can say now, without the first inspection, that is no longer an issue. I am stating in this email and I will state in a separate letter that Units #64 and #65 had approved engineering and building permits for their respective remodeling projects. The bigger structural issue requires a structural engineer to evaluate the three units. I hope to hear from Mr. DiGiacomo soon. As we also discussed, all permitting and approvals were received for the renovations of units 64 and 65 from the city of atlantic beach, although your letter suggests otherwise. In my opinion, those required at the meeting are you, me, the campbells (#65 owners), their contractor if they wish and the Howells, if they wish. I am not willing to wait for a response from Mr. DiGiacomo as to his availability for the inspections.
