Cloister condo meeting - 8Dan, Since neither you nor Paul have inspected #64 or 65, I find it extremely reckless for you to say that there is “settling” in those units. There is not and we don’t need a structural engineer to determine that! You are welcome to inspect these units and verify for yourself. I take complete exception to your misstatements and careless innuendos. We (Paul DiGiacomo PE) and Root Cause Forensics were hired by Universal property and casualty insurance company to evaluate the cracks and wall separation in the Howell residence and render an opinion as to the cause. We did that and provided a written report to the insurance company. We also accordingly have informed the local building authorities of the issues we believe that are occurring and should be addressed. > > If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me at the number listed below. > > All the best, > > > David J Root > President > Root Cause Consulting > 36181 East Lake Rd #402 > Palm Harbor, FL 34685 > droot@rootcauseconsulting.com > 813-777-5363 cell > 888-566-0815 office > > > > > > -----Original Message----- > From: Alison <cloister64@aol.com> > Sent: Thursday, February 14, 2019 1:49 PM > To: C.
