scheduled this for Tuesday 6/23 (at the condo), not knowing any details.
Shane is not available to go. Seeing this draft letter, I will
certainly make no representations, but I plan to go unless you advise
otherwise. ? I was clear that I did not know the issues, and that this
is under the purview of staff and the City Attorney. She did
acknowledge her suit against the association, and she can not rent or
sell the unit in its current state.
