We have completed the records search pertaining to the Building and Planning Department and “other” records. We have not completed the collection of correspondence (emails). As a courtesy,
we can provide you with a link or CD of the records we have that are ready and collect payment when we complete the correspondence section of the request. Please let me know if you
would like the records we have ready or if you wish to wait until the entire request is complete. Again, I apologize for the delay. Please let me know what you prefer. Thank you.
