Code Analysis must include alteration method, per FBC-EB, Section 301.1. The alteration method will correspond to a FBC-EB Chapter. Provisions of that chapter will apply to this project.
2nd Submittal: Architect’s letter indicates new Page A1; Page A1 was not submitted/received.
The original plans set was submitted as printed on paper. Since that time, paper cannot be accepted, due to the COVID19 guidelines. Please submit (upload) a complete plans package
electronically to have all pages in same format.
Three rest rooms are now required for the increased occupant load. Two out of three rest rooms must be ADA, (At least 50%) per FAC 213.2.4.
2nd Submittal: the door to the existing rest room in brewing area cannot open into brewing area (beer is considered food), and access to the rest room cannot pass through kitchens or
storage areas. This rest room must be accessible to the public. Please reconfigure the restroom to above requirements.
Please indicate all cooking equipment and boilers, and their locations.

Tenant separation walls must be 2-hour fire-resistance rated walls, per FBC, Table 508.4.
