I've attached the calculations for both lots,although they are both confusing since 620 owes some mitigation from 610
(see email below) &630 has mitigation for removal in the right-of-way and on private property.
620 Begonia:
- Received palm credit from 610 Begonia
- owes 29.5 total inches
- 17.5 of these inches must be oaks or legacy species
- 12.5" can be any species on our Tree List
- Legacy species will receive double credit(i.e.4" live oak=8" credit)
- Palm credit is maxed out, so palms will not receive mitigation credit.
- New oaks must be minimum 4" caliper and 12 feet tall, all other trees must be minimum 2" caliper and 10 feet
tall
- You can pay for 50%of mitigation at$148 per inch
For example,you could plant four 4" caliper legacy species
630 Begonia:
- 82 total inches is owed
- 24 inches must be oaks or legacy species,the remaining 58 inches can be anything on the tree list
- The max credit you can get for palms is 31 inches
- New tree must meet minimum planting sizes
- You can pay for up to 50%of mitigation at$148 per inch
For example,you could plant three 10" cabbage palms, four 4" legacy species,and pay for 20 inches
