with no mitigation required. Also,
approved to RELOCATE the following
according to submitted landscape plan:
2-4" Live Oaks, 1-11" Palm, 1-13" Palm,
4-14" Palms, 2-16" Palms,2-17" Palms
and 3-1811 Palms.

It was brought to the attention of the
COAB that all trees listed above and
approved for RELOCATION plus an _
additional 8" Maple(shown on demo plan
but not listed on application) had been
removed and disposed of by the
contractor, such that none could be
salvaged for reuse as intended. This
resulted in the removal of an
additional 216". However, none of
