Since I have your email address, I am emailing an ARC approval to you in lieu of "snail -mail".
Effective 5/29/2008 the most recent rendition of your plans to add a pool (w/ / the setback from the nearest lake
edge to your retaining at 18+ feet at its narrowest point) has been approved as submitted. Inclusive within this
approval is the site for the pool equipment (@ north wall of your home) and that this equipment shall be behind a
newly constructed "wall" to shield it from view and somewhat reduce the noise of the pumps from your neighbor,
as well as your intended landscape plans to place shrubs along the east retaining wall to "break up" the flat wall
elevation view. Unfortunately, the oak tree on your northern property line will have to go, and as such, its removal
is also approved.
I know that y'all are excited to get started! By all means, please feel free to do so!
