PUBLIC WORKS CORRECTION ITEMS:
(Submit the following information to the Public Works Department)
**Provide construction site management plan, including Right-of-Way Permit, if using right-of-way for
construction parking. Show dumpster location. Move silt fence to edge of pavement.
PUBLIC WORKS CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
(The following comments will be printed on your permit as Conditions of Approval)
*AII concrete driveway aprons must be 5"thick, 4000psi, with fibermesh from edge of pavement to
property line. Reinforcing rods or mesh is not allowed in the right-of-way. A separate driveway permit is
required for replacement.
*Full right-of-way restoration, including sod, is required, if additional permit is not obtained.
