335 2nd Street Lot Split
Mr. and Mrs. Wagner,
This letter is to serve as formal approval from the City of Atlantic Beach allowing the division of
the property currently addressed as 335 2nd Street and comprised of Lots 10, 12 and the eastern
half of 14, Block 4, Subdivision "A" Atlantic Beach as presented below.
The recognized division as supported by the attached survey is as follows;
Eastern Lot: Lot 10 Block 4, Subdivision"A"Atlantic Beach
Western Lot: Lots 12 and the eastern half of 14, Block 4, Subdivision "A"Atlantic Beach
This division is consistent with all current provisions of the Land Development Regulations of
the City of Atlantic Beach.
The existing structure is fully located on the western lot and will remain addressed as 335 2nd
Street. The eastern lot is vacant and will be assigned an address by the City upon formal written
request.
