Levy A business license tax shall be levied on: (1) Any person who maintains a permanent business location or branch office within the City, for the privilege of engaging in or managing business within its jurisdiction; This letter requests that you cease all business activity from your residence until you obtain a business tax receipt for the your business within (10)days from receipt of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or before January 4,2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for continuing violations.
