Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to be in violation of
Chapter 20 of the City of Atlantic Beach,Code of Ordinances, Section 24-154(1)and Section 20-52 Levy,Business
tax receipt to wit:
VIOLATION
Section 20-52. Levy
A business license tax shall be levied on:
(1) Any person who maintains a permanent business location or branch office within the
City, for the privilege of engaging in or managing business within its jurisdiction;
This letter requests that you cease all business activity from your residence until you obtain a business tax
receipt for the your business within (10)days from receipt of this notice.
A re-inspection will be done on or before January 4,2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code
Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the
date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty
($250.00)per day for continuing violations.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the health,safety and
welfare of the City,and accordingly,your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please contact Atlantic
