Residents within the area are also complaining of the discharging of air rifles and fireworks, a violation of Chapter 13, Section 13-3. The police have been called on several occasions. I am petitioning you as landlord to have this situation rectified. Florida Statutes 83, Section 83.52(7) requires a tenant to conduct himself or other persons on the premises in a manner that does not disturb his neighbors or constitute a breach of peace.
