This memo is attached to and part of the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for 369 10th
Street,Atlantic Beach.
The TCO expires December 20, 2020.
The following items are not complete and must be completed by December 20, 2020:
1. An approved back-flow preventer must be installed in the house water supply line,per FBC-R.
P2902.3.
2. Right-of-way must be re-sodded.
3. Sidewalk must be removed and replaced.
4. Swale must be created on west side of house, conducting stormwater to front of house.
5. Water run-off transfer pipe must be screened at end.
6. Provide a catch-basin for the back-water retention overflow pipe. (show on survey)
7. Provide new topographic survey, showing surrounding elevations and flow patterns,to verify
stormwater flows to street.
8. All water retention areas must be sodded.
