We did decide to build an accessory structure at the back of the property and this site plan shows it a bit larger than the final one we are going with. I plotted out the remaining trees on the site showing the old house as it was less congested with drawings. I was able to keep several oaks and palms that were on the perimeter of the lot and that should take care of the shade tree issue and the one inch of mitigation. Can you let me know if this is what you need? Thanks, Allison ---Original From: Reeves, Reeves, Derek <dreeves(o)coab.us> To: Allison Forsyth <afors1960(a)aol.com> Sent: Mon, May 15, 2017 9:41 am Subject: 335 10th Street Tree Removal Allison, See attached for you tree removal calculations at 335 10th Street. You will see that you are one inch short right now. I do need more information though. Can you verify that what you showed is every tree on the lot? If not, please provide a site plan that shows every tree on the lot. You also need a second shade tree on the property. If there are other trees on the lot, then that may be taken care of by the first part, but if not, you will need to plant a second shade tree. This would also take care of the one inch of mitigation. Let me know. Thanks, Derek W. Reeves Planner City of Atlantic Beach 800 Seminole Road Atlantic Beach, FL 32233 (904) 247-5841 dreeves ancoab.us [Attached Images "Yt'6ii!t£ttrr; .
