I have attached a flow chart questionnaire to help you determine if you need a permit. The answers to Parts Band Care NO so that only leaves part A. A quick search of our records shows no recent permit history. So the only reason you would need a permit to remove the palms and vegetat ion that you are requesting is if you are planning to do permitted work in the next two years that will exceed $10,000 in value.
