Section 24-177(d)(1) requires a landscape area of not less than ten (10) square feet for each linear foot of VUA street frontage, fifty (50) percent of which shall be at least a five-foot-wide strip abutting the street right-of-way except for driveways. The remaining required landscape area shall be located within twenty-five (25) feet of the street right-of-way. 3b). Section 24-177(d)(1) requires no less than one (1) tree, located within twenty-five (25) feet of the street right-of-way, for each twenty-five (25) linear feet, or fraction thereof, of VUA street frontage.
