So if I show the trees I want to remove on the site plan do I
just sort of draw them in where they are roughly located? They are all
palms btw and only 5 of them need to come out. How do you know the
caliper size to determine mitigation? I could have someone measure for
me or would you do that. They are all probably about 10-12".

Hi Derek,
I need to submit a tree removal permit for the above referenced
property. I read the application checklist to show that I don't need to
have a topo survey done, just a grid to show the trees I want to take
down. Can you explain what sort of grid is required? I only need to
take down about 4 or 5 palms. Can I just submit a site plan and
indicated where the palms are that I want to take down?
