line when adjacent to a living area of the neighboring property. The neighboring property has a garage apartment
dwelling unit located next to the proposed location of the relocated A/C equipment.
2. Fence Height: The maximum height of a fence is 6 feet in the side yard. Please show the measurement of the
proposed fence height in plans from grade in the plans.`
