Re: 1433 Beach Avenue DEP Letter
Mr. Todd Bosco,
The City of Atlantic Beach did a preliminary review of your plans for a new swimming pool and
surrounding deck southwest of main house and deck alteration on the east side of the main house
at 1433 Beach Avenue. Drawings provided show that the no portion of the swimming pool is
within 5 feet of the side property lines.Additionally no portion of the decking is exceeds 30 inches
in height within 5 feet of the side property lines. Based on this,the proposed construction does not
contravene any local setbacks or zoning codes.
This letter does not constitute an approval by the City. The project must still be submitted to the
City in a permit application and be approved by all applicable departments prior to approval.
