Re: 1755 Beach Avenue DEP Letter
Mr. Todd Bosco,
The City of Atlantic Beach did a preliminary review of your plans for a new swimming pool and
surrounding deck west of the main house and east of the garage apartment at 1755 Beach Avenue.
Drawings provided show that no portion of the swimming pool is within 5 feet of the side property
lines. Additionally no portion of the decking exceeds 30 inches in height within 5 feet of the side
property lines. There are additional interior renovations that do not require zoning review shown
in the plans. Based on this, the proposed construction does not contravene any local setbacks or
zoning codes.
This letter does not constitute an approval by the City. The project must still be submitted to the
City in a permit application and be approved by all applicable departments prior to approval.
