1. Survey: Section 24-67(c) requires a certified survey. Please provide a certified survey with
setbacks for the garage.
2. Height from Average Calculated Grade: The calculated average grade shall be used for
determination of the maximum allowable height of building on parcels that have topographical
variation of more than two (2) feet as demonstrated by a certified topographical survey and for
all oceanfront parcels. Please provide the height from average calculated grade.
3. Structural Projections: Section 24-83(b) states Architectural features such as eaves and cornices,
and cantilevered bay windows, open balconies and porches may project a distance not to exceed
forty-eight (48) inches into required front and rear yards. Please provide the measureme nts for
the projection of the first floor roof.
