require a greater building setback than the applicable zoning district, shall be enforced by the
City. Thus, the 25 foot BRL serves as the required minimum front setback for this lot.
2. Roof Overhangs: Please provide the roof overhang dimensions to the point of the furthest
projection. Section 24-83(b) allows a projection of up to 24 inches into the required side yard
setback.
