1. Survey: Section 24-67(c) requires a certified survey. Please provide a certified survey.
2. Site Plan: The site plan provided does not clearly identify setbacks from the proposed additions.
Also, the original plat shows this property has a 25’ Building Restricition Line in the front yard.
This will need to be verified with a survey but based on current plans i t is not clear if the
additions comply with required this BRL. Please provide a site plan with setbacks from both
additions.
3. Structural Projections: Please show all roof overhang dimensions to the furthest point of
projection. Section 24-83(b) limits structural projections to 24” into required side yard setbacks
and 48” into required front and rear yard setbacks. Please show that this requirement is being
met or revise plans accordingly.
