The City has reviewed your request to divide Lots 4 and 5 of Block 24 in Subdivision "A" Atlantic
Beach; that is currently known as 350 Ocean Boulevard, into two separate lots. This property is

omprised of two previously platted lots and the division will not create a nonconforming structure.
Therefore the division is approved with the following legal descriptions for the resulting
properties:
Southern Property: Lot 4, Block 24, Subdivision "A" Atlantic Beach
Northern Property: Lot 5, Block 24, Subdivision "A" Atlantic Beach
Addressing can be assigned by the Building Official when construction is imminent.
