Summary of Donner Park activities:
• September 1 marked the first day of the cavity fighters club and prices will be given away on
September 29.
• During Beam's uniform and shoe voucher give away, we gave away vouchers to 48 families. A
total of 180 kids received vouchers.
• Six (6) teen volunteers visited the elderly to assist with hurricane preparation.
• Took 40 kids to the circus at UNF.
• Met with volunteers to prepare for the food give away.
• Gave food to 192 families. There were 12 new families and currently 304 on the roll.
• Attended Department Staff meeting and end of the year Staff meeting.
Summary of Jordan Park activities:
• Attended the Florida Recreation and Parks Association Conference.
• The afiter school program started opened again from a long summer.
• Prepared for Hurricane Floyd.
• Assisted in organizing the City's Flag Football League.
• Set up a field for the kids to attend the Circus at UNF.
• Attended Department Staff meeting and end of the year Staff meeting.

Other Adele Grage,:and Parks & Recreation activities included:
• Attended the Florida Recreation and Parks Association Conference.
• Prepared minutes and agenda for the Recreation Board.
• Overseeing the construction of the Tresca Property and Dutton Island.
• Revised the Bull Park Plans.
• Organized the City's Flag Football League.
• Prepared for Hurricane Floyd and assessed the damages afterwards.
• Monitored three grants (Drug Grant for Jordan Park, Florida Inland Navigation District Grant for
construction of Tresca and design of Dutton)
• Other activities included daily meetings, reports, telephone calls, park inspections, and etc.
