1. Survey: Section 24-67(c) requires a certified survey. Please provide a certified survey.
2. Height: Section 24-17 requires height to be measured from grade to the highest point of a
buildings roof structure or parapet and any attachments thereto, exclusive of chimneys. Please
show the overall height from grade on plans.
3. Setbacks: Section 24-67(c) requires a site plan showing setbacks. Please provide a site plan
showing setbacks from all new elements to property lines.
4. Mechanical Equipment: Section 24-83(c) prohibits A/C and other mechanical equipment within
the 5 foot side yard setback when adjacent to the living area of the neighboring property. Please
show that this requirement is being met or revise plans accord ingly.
5. Structural Projections: Section 24-83(b) limits structural projections, such as roof overhangs, to
24 inches in side yard setbacks and 48 inches into front and rear yard setbacks. Please provide
the roof overhang dimensions.
