Correction Comments
1. Setbacks: Please provide the side and rear setbacks for the proposed addition and deck. The
Selva Marina Garden PUD requires a 10' setback for the northern side lot line and a 20' rear
setback.
2. Pool: Please provide the rear setbacks for the proposed pool. The Selva Marina Garden PUD
requires a 5' side and rear setback for pools.
3. Cabana: The Selva Marina Garden PUD does not allow detached structures outside of the
"dwelling zone". The dwelling zone is defined as the area within the required setbacks for the
house. As a result, any detached structure is required to be setback at least 20' from the rear lot
line.
4. Windows/Openings: The Selva Marina Garden PUD states that any portion of the side wall within
10' of the side lot line shall contain no windows or openings. The proposed addition appears to
violate this requirement. Please show that this requirement is being met or revise plans
accordingly.
