A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE SERVICE OF LOU ETTA WATERS ON
THE CITY'S CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, LouEtta Waters has served the people ofthe City of Atlantic Beach as a member
of the Code Enforcement Board since October 1993; and
WHEREAS, LouEtta Waters gave most generously of her time, talents and energy to preserve
the character and quality of life in Atlantic Beach for the benefit of all the residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Commission of Atlantic Beach, Florida, does
hereby express sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude for the contributions of LouEtta Waters and
extends best wishes for her future happiness.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution of esteem be spread upon the
official minutes of the City of Atlantic Beach and a certified copy hereof be furnished to LouEtta
Waters.
Adopted by the City Commission of Atlantic Beach, Florida, this 11th day of October, 1999.
