475 Palmwood Lane Arborist Letter 06.11.2019 Pics2663 Robert Street
To whom it may concern,
My name is Kyle Stoudeiuni•e Auld I ani an ISA certified arborist and I work for Yellowstone
Landscape. On May 29th of 2019 Yellowstone Landscape and John Dodson, the homeowner,
inspected a 32 inch DBH Live Oak behind the house. This Live Oak is located 2 and half feet (shoulder
height) away horn the home. It is even closer as you go up the tree, so close that the roof line contours
around the tree itself. This tree is located in bedspace just enough to allow the tree to grow. These
trees have a very aggressive root system that should extend beyond the drip line, which should be 35'
for a mature Live Oak. Upon examining the Live Oak I noticed that the root system was causing
damage to the foundation. There is cracking caused by the roots as you can see u1 the pictures below.
This oak tree is not In a conducive environment and should be removed immediately to preserve the
existing foundation before any more damage is incurred. Below you will find pictures associated with
these issues.
Best Regards,
Kyle Stoudenmire
