Variance will allow a raised deck entry to the front of the house. Door is now inacessible because it sits approximately four feet from the ground level. Variance is granted with the stipula- tion that no further variances will be granted to enclose the deck. WHEREAS, JOHN A. KING and SUSAN KING, owners of the real property described in this order have applied to the Community Development Board for a zoning variance to erect a raised wooden and stairway in their sideyard and, WHEREAS, the Community Development Board has considered the application and rendered an opinion; and WHEREAS, taking into consideration the above opinion, the Community Development Board finds that the granting of such variance will not be contrary to the public interest and owing to special conditions a literal enforcement of the provisions of the Zoning Code will result in unnecessary and undue hardship; now THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD THAT: 1. Variance granted. The owner of the real property described herein is hereby granted a zoning variance from the requirement of Chapter 24-64 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Atlantic Beach.
