Good morning Sonya,
We are finalizing our Bond Application into the Jacksonville Housing Authority for new “workforce housing” on the former Palms site.
Our architect is finalizing his site plan for submittal, and I was interested in an estimated timetable for review and approvals.
Please advise as to any potential “participation” or incentive that the City might provide to assist us.
The Application deadline is Nov.1, and decisions will be made in January. If successful in obtaining the bonds, we would hope to commence construction in mid-2010.
