I can resend a fax of the requested letter required. Thank you. Makes perfect sense to me. The expedited review/permitting will help. We are working on increasing parking to @ 1.75 spaces/unit, or 252 spaces-still being tweaked. I’m still a little concerned about provision of parking for 144 units, but we can tackle that issue as we get into the review process. Afraid I do not have any fresh ideas for incentives other than expedited review and permitting to the extent possible. Will cc to David in the case that he has any ideas. Our architect is finalizing his site plan for submittal, and I was interested in an estimated timetable for review and approvals. Please advise as to any potential “participation” or incentive that the City might provide to assist us. The Application deadline is Nov.1, and decisions will be made in January. If successful in obtaining the bonds, we would hope to commence construction in mid-2010. Thank you. Glen Trotter
