Correction Comments
1. Height: The SPA text states that,”neighborhood identification signage and illumination shall comply
with the maximum sign area, sign height, and minimum setbacks of Section 17-28.” Section 17-28
requires a maximum sign height of 8 feet. While the plans do not call out the overall height sign
structure as measured from grade, it appears to be more than 8 feet when measured to scale. Please
revise plans to include the overall height from grade and ensure that it is not taller than 8 feet.
