1700 Selva Marina Drive Zoning Review Comments
1. Tree Removal: Based on the shed location, a tree removal permit is required if any trees greater than
20 inches in diameter at breast height are being removed. The original tree removal permit for house
does not show the shed location. If no trees greater than 20 inches in diameter at breast height are
being removed then an Affidavit of No Regulated Tree Removal is all that is required. Both forms are
available on the city website and City Hall.
