349 3rd Street Zoning Review Comments
1. Setbacks: The setback shown from the eastern property line does not appear correct. Perhaps it was
copied in error from the western setback. Please submit revised site plan.
2. Tree Removal: A Tree Removal Permit Application was submitted with the pool permit application.
We need the $125.00 payment for it as it is a separate permit. Staff has contacted David Hoffman
since they were the applicant on the Tree Removal Permit Application regarding the payment and
mitigation required. Until payment is received and a plan is established for mitigation, the pool
permit is on hold.
